Detailed Course Description
As children, we know exactly who we are. We feel our emotions fully, express our needs clearly, and are powerfully connected to our intuition. We live from a place of unconditional self-love. However, as we move through our lives, numerous “teachers” step in, undermining our natural wisdom and clarity, and weakening our connection to our authentic voice. The expectations and demands of parents, siblings, partners, and society lead us to create masks that protect us from harm and allow us to feel loved and connected, but also cause us to live life from a place of self-doubt or fear.
What if you could peel away the layers of conditioning that have kept you from living in alignment with your highest purpose? How would your life look if you lived it from essence, the clear-seeing part of you that is eternally loving, kind, and true? What would it feel like to reclaim your power and to remember Who You Really Are?
During this 8-week workshop we will courageously let go of those parts of ourselves which no longer serve us. By examining our emotions and behaviors, we will learn to take cues from within and to tap into our internal wisdom. And as gentle warriors on the path to radical self-love, we will hold space for each other to Fully Show Up, and in so doing, collectively engage in a transformative process of self-discovery.
